How do I use this website?
1. Your Sounds Pretty Easy site should be used as a referral point for new contacts who are interested in a brief overview of the home business, as well as the health technology you work with.

Will I get the site absolutely free for 14 days?

When does my payment begin?
The monthly lease fee will begin on day 15, and is paid by credit card through Paypal. The subscription fee will be recurring on the same day, each month thereafter.
How can I get my site free?
Receive your site FREE for one month by referring 3 people 'who enter Your Account Number as the Referring Account Number' and who Pay for their own sites. With 6 'Paid' referrals, you will receive 2 free months. With 9 'Paid' referrals, you receive 3 months free, and so on.
To qualify for FREE, your referrals must be in blocks of three. Only blocks of three are saved. So, as an example, if you had 4 referrals in one month you will qualify for one month free the following month, but the 4th referral does not carry forward to the next month. All qualifications (blocks of three) must be met within the current calendar month.
All blocks of 3 referrals will be carried forward from month to month until you have used all your qualifying blocks of 3. Referral progress can be monitored from your Login Page.
When a subscriber qualifies for a FREE site in a particular month, there will be a credit to the credit card used to lease the website for the lease amount in the month following the qualified month.
Remember that each person receives their first two weeks free, so the 'Paid' designation is given on day 15 when the payment is made to their credit card.
How will I know if I am getting close to getting my site free this month?
Login to the back office or the login area of your Sounds Pretty Easy website, to see a current tally of your referrals.
How can I cancel my subscription?
The lease agreement may be opted-out of at any time, through the Login page. When you cancel your website, it will go down immediately and your credit card will not be charged again. No refunds are given for a portions of the monthly lease fee. To cancel your website, login in and then go to My Profile. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.
How can I reactivate my Cancelled subscription?
You may always reactivate an account which is cancelled or closed. Just login from the main Sounds Pretty Easy Home Page, using your Username (email address) and your Password. Once you are in to your own Login Area, you may click the 'Make Payment' button to go to Paypal and begin a new subscription.
How do I get help with my website if I have a problem?
Login to the back office or login area of your Sounds Pretty Easy website. Clcik on the "New Ticket" submenu under "Help and Support" menu. Submit a ticket and we will get back to you within two business days or sooner.
Can my website account be terminated?
Yes, under some circumstances, it can be. Sounds Pretty Easy reserves the right to terminate any web site account, without notice, which is not strictly adhering to the Terms and Conditions of Use. No refund will be applicable.
What do you mean by Short Description of Site?
This description will become the title of the pages of your website.
In your Short Description, you may not use words which are names of diseases, disease conditions or disease processes in this description. You may not use words which are indicative of disease treatments, cures or mitigation of disease. You may not use your personal testimony or the testimony of anyone you know or anyone you have heard about. Testimonies are not allowed, in any form. You may not use the Short Description to refer people to other sites which contain this type of information.
Since the Sounds Pretty Easy website is a generic site and not affiliated with any company, you may not use company names or product names in your description.

If you have concerns with the status of your website, please check your Paypal account FIRST to make sure your payment has been processed.
Why is my site down?
If, for any reason, the subscription or lease fee does not clear the credit card on file, you will be notified that the payment attempt failed. It may be that a new expiry date for the credit card has been issued, but your Paypal account through Sounds Pretty Easy has not been updated. Please update this information through the Login Page. If payment is not received within 5 days, your site will go down.
Can I reinstate my down or inactive site?
Yes, you can. You may reinstate your web site by logging in through the main Sounds Pretty Easy website using your Username and Password. Next, click on "Update Subscription". This will take you to your Paypal account where you can update the payment details.
How do I change my Paypal Funding Source (Credit Card)?
You can change the funding source of your Subscription by following the steps below:
First log in to your PayPal account: https://www.paypal.com
Now follow the steps below.
Part A. Adding or updating a credit card to your PayPal Account
To add a new credit card:
DO NOT delete the current credit card that is being used for Sounds Pretty Easy subscription payments. If you do, PayPal will prematurely cancel your subscription!
1. On the PayPal site, once you are logged in, click on the 'Profile' subtab
2. Choose the 'Credit Cards' link from the Financial Information column
3. If your subscription failed because you need to update your credit card expiry date, you may be able to update it by clicking the 'Edit' button next to it.
4. Otherwise, add a new credit card, by clicking on the 'Add' button
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the new credit card to your PayPal account
Part B. Updating your PayPal subscription to Sounds Pretty Easy, if you added a new credit card
6. On the PayPal, click on the 'History' subtab in 'My Account'
7. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the drop-down menu
8. Chnage the the "From" date to 12-01-2007.
9. Click the Search button
10. Find your 'Sounds Pretty Easy' subscription and click on its "Details" link. If you are having trouble finding it, you can do an Advanced Search for email address: email@example.com by clicking on the Advanced Search on the left side of the History page -- just make sure to check the dates you are searching on.
11. Under 'Subscription Funding Source' choose your new credit card from one of the drop-downs.
Does the Sounds Pretty Easy site come with training?
Yes. The information is available in the back office or the login area of your Sounds Pretty Easy website. Once you have leased your site, login using your username and password. All the information is there.
